What this is

These terms govern your use of the Masonic Business Network, operated by Masonic Business Network LLC. By applying or using the site you agree to them.

Who may join

Membership is open to Master Masons in good standing. Both Prince Hall and mainstream lodges are welcome.

The Membership Committee decides who is admitted, and its decision is final. Applying does not entitle you to membership.

We do not vouch for anyone

This is a directory, not an endorsement. The Membership Committee confirms that a member is a Mason in good standing. It does not check their licences, insurance, bonding, qualifications, workmanship, pricing or business practices.

Dealings between members are between those members. Do the same checks you would do with any other business. MBN is not a party to your agreement with another member and is not responsible for the work either of you does.

Your listing

Everything you publish must be true, and about a business you actually own or run. Keep it current.

You may not list a business that is unlawful, that you are not permitted to advertise, or that misrepresents what it does.

You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to display it in the directory and to show it in search results.

How you are expected to behave

The Code of Conduct on this site forms part of these terms.

Member contact details are provided so that members can do business with one another. Do not use them for bulk email, marketing lists, or any purpose the member did not invite. Do not scrape or copy the directory.

Suspension and removal

The committee may suspend or remove a member who is no longer in good standing, whose listing is inaccurate, or who breaches these terms or the Code of Conduct.

A suspended member’s listing stops being visible immediately, and their access to other members’ contact details ends at the same moment.

Offers

Offers are placed by members, for members. The member who places one is responsible for it, including honouring what it says.

An offer runs for the period paid for and stops on its own. Rejecting an offer does not automatically refund it; refunds are handled by hand.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up but do not guarantee it. It may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Limits

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, MBN is not liable for lost business, lost profits, or any indirect loss arising from your use of it or from your dealings with another member.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Texas have jurisdiction.

Changes

These terms were last updated on September 3, 2026. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
