Who we are

The Masonic Business Network is operated by Masonic Business Network LLC, a limited liability company formed in Texas. Registered agent: Love Wealth Management LLC dba PaperWerks, 1200 E New York Ave, Midland, Texas 79701.

This policy explains what we collect, who can see it, and how to get it changed or removed.

What we collect

Only what you type into the application form, plus the email address you sign in with. We do not buy data about you, and we do not collect anything in the background.

• About you as a Mason: your name, Masonic title, phone number, email address, lodge name and number, jurisdiction, whether you are Prince Hall Affiliated, and any other Masonic bodies you choose to list.
• About your business: its name, trade, description, services, city and state.
• How members reach you: contact name, phone, email, website, street address, postal code, and which of those you prefer.
• What you do here: your event RSVPs, and referrals you log.

Who can see what

This is the most important part of this policy, so it is stated plainly. Your listing is split in two, and the split is enforced by the database itself rather than by the website.

• PUBLIC, and findable by search engines: your business name, trade, description, services, city and state.
• APPROVED MEMBERS ONLY, AND ONLY WHILE YOUR LISTING IS ON A PAID PLAN: your contact name, phone, email, website, street address, postal code and preferred contact method. A signed-out visitor cannot read these at all, neither can an applicant who has not been approved, and while your listing is free they are shown to nobody. Take a plan and they are disclosed; stop paying and they close again.
• THE MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE ONLY: your Masonic details, your application, and any note a committee member writes about it.
• NOBODY BUT YOU AND THE OTHER MEMBER: a referral you log. Other members cannot see referrals between other people.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not send marketing email. We do not use advertising pixels, analytics, or any third-party tracking script, so nothing here follows you around the internet.

The only cookies this site sets are the ones that keep you signed in. There are no tracking cookies and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

We do not keep a history of your location, and we do not record what you look at in the directory.

Prince Hall Affiliation

You tell us whether your lodge is Prince Hall Affiliated, and we record it exactly as you state it. We do not verify it and we never use it to decide what you can see or do here.

It appears to the Membership Committee and in the committee’s own count of its membership. It is not shown on your public listing.

What we do not verify

Nothing in this software checks a lodge, a lodge number, a jurisdiction, or anyone’s good standing. Those are recorded exactly as an applicant types them.

A human on the Membership Committee confirms good standing before approving anyone. That check happens off this website.

Companies that handle data for us

We use three service providers, and none of them are permitted to use your information for their own purposes:

• Supabase — stores the database and handles sign-in.
• Vercel — hosts the website.
• Resend — delivers our email, including sign-in links.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a member, and afterwards only as long as we need it for our records.

Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your listing, your contact details and your profile. Records of committee decisions may be kept, because they are the committee’s minutes of its own conduct.

Your choices

You can edit or unpublish your listing yourself at any time from your account, and the change is immediate.

For anything else — a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion — write to us and we will act on it.

Security, honestly stated

Your contact details are protected by database permissions, not by the website hiding a button. A signed-out visitor is refused by the database itself.

No system is perfectly secure. Do not put anything in your listing that you would not be comfortable seeing in public, because a listing is public by design.

Children

This site is for adult Master Masons. It is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

This policy was last updated on September 3, 2026. If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change that date.
